Playa Grande Beach Club anchors the social life of the Playa Grande estate on the Dominican Republic's Atlantic coast. Designed by New York–based Young Projects and built by ACCOM, the brief asked for pavilions that would feel woven into the existing Caribbean landscape rather than placed on top of it.

The build resolved a sequence of timber, metalwork, and ornamental detailing into a coherent structure that holds up against the salt-air exposure of an open Atlantic site. At $32M, the project is one of the larger hospitality builds ACCOM has delivered to date.
